PV sindhu, this name is on each and everyone mouth. she is the first Indian Women ever to get place in Finals of Women`s Badminton Single in gold medal match. And she finally won and make her country proud. She won Silver medal and million of heart by winning it. This silver Medal is First silver for India in sport badminton and also in a Rio Olympics 2016.
Silver Medal for Sindhu is a outcome of his 14 years of hard work. She started playing badminton at the age of 8. She has won bronze medal for twice at world championship. At finals of Rio Olympics 2016 she was against Spanish Carolina Marin who is 2 time world champion and currently ranked 1st in World.
First round at Finals was won by PV sindhu ,Second Marin changed her strategy and won 2nd round. In last round Pv sindhu gave tough competition to Carolina but Carolina with her attacking mode won . Finally she won the Gold medal and become the first europian Women to Win this title.
This is 2nd medal by Women at Rio Olympics for India.
