Navratri 2016 - Garba Festival - Festival of Night - Festival of Dance

When we think about any festival, we have one thing in mind first Music and then enjoyment in form of Dance. Navratri is Supreme Festival  for dance which is called `GARBA’. Navratri is a festival for nine Nights that’s why its called Navratri (nav- 9,Ratri-night).All this night People Gather and does Pooja of Goddess Amba maa and does Garba until midnight. Garba is famous in Whole world due to the uniqueness of steps they does in garba. All the people make one big circle and do Garba .Dandiya (Sticks ) are the most important part of garba.

Its mostly famous in Gujarat, especially in Ahmedabad and Baroda which are most developed cities of Gujarat.And due to growth of Gujarati  People and its Community in world its Garba is famous in world.

This Year Navratri is Starting from 1^st October . Every year this Navratri comes according to Indian Calender and this time its 10 days, so Navratri will end on 10^th October.
